I'm not sure what the appropriate acronym is but is anyone currently teaching English geared towards a specific profession? I know these positions exist but are there many out there?
I have 3+ years in IT with a 2 year associate's degree in Computer Programming. I plan on getting my CELTA before coming over so I can work legally.
I'm just curious to hear if there is much of a market for specialized English teaching and if anyone on here is currently doing this kind of teaching.
I'm not headset on getting this type of position, I'd like to get away from IT for a bit... but I'm curious. Also, does it pay better or relatively the same? |
