[Xenophobe]

These were two parts of Taiwan I never made it to while we lived in Taiwan, mostly due to military restrictions. Apparently, the MOE is now hiring B.Ed teachers to work in the rural schools in these two areas. My wife and I are interviewing for positions on Monday Has anyone here made it to these island groups? None of our Taiwanese friends have except one who was stationed in Jinmen and he thought it was quiet, too quiet. In my books that is a good thing Any information that can be provided from people who've actually been there would be greatly appreciated.
