Watch out for this one.
The company name is US China cultural & educational association and our contact was James Lee the director ( Possibly the only employee). His email address being [email protected] and web site being www.us_china_cea.org.
The reason that I am complaining about this person is as follows:
He is a liar that cannot be trusted by the schools that get his services and for teachers like us who are looking for work..
In regards to my situation, he lied about everything.
For example, He misused his position as negotiator between the Chinese and english to lie to his advantage. He would tell us one thing in english to please us but say the opposite to the Chinese to please them.
One scenario really pissed us off, whilst we were being interviewed by him at our house, he made up a story that my mother in law didn't want us at her home any longer. This was so that he could get us to go with him to the wenzhou school. He thought that we wouldn't find out because of the language differences. But he didn't count on my sister in law being a professional translator. He was unmasked.
The next thing that he did wrong was that he created a phony interview with a phony headmaster. He claimed that the 25 year old head master of wenzhou middle school just happened to be doing business in town. This guy obviously was just a friend. he knew nothing about teaching, about the school etc.
The final thing that I wish to mention was that he had a false office. On sunday, he took us for an interview ina beautiful office, but when the phony principle wished to interview us on Monday , this was going to be done in a carpark. What about his wonderful office??.Obviously, the real owner of the office needed this place on monday.
I am sure if I talk to the Jiangsu Dongtai Middle School in Wenzhou china , they will have been lied to many times. I am writing as I am concerned that others may suffer as we did,

hello, thankyou for your comments,
It is os tricky dealing with these people, I noticed that he advises on tefl.com so I reported him to them. They interrogated him and he came up with False allabies ( sorry about the spelling) and statements. I don't know how to warn others. This site is good as you can tell others what occurs without fear of a cover up.
