My Fellow Americans:
Does anyone know anything about the new Japanese-American Tax Treaty that came into effect 7/1./2004?
There is something about us all having to fill out an 8802 IRS form and then getting some form back to give to the tax authorities here so they do not withold Japanese income tax.
I down loaded the forms off the internet but like dealing with most things that are IRS related, I cannot understand what the heck it they are trying to say.
To those of you who are wondering why I am asking, remember, they did not get Al Capone for murder, but they sure as hell got him for TAX EVASION!!!   |
