Has anyone done Online/Distance ESL Teaching? I've seen a few advertisements on the job board, but now that I have time to actually sit in front of a computer for 5-10 hours/week, the posts have disappeared.

I'd like to hear the pros/cons of such arrangements, advice on who to avoid, equipment issues, etc.

Referrals are also welcome. Xmas is coming already, says the papers...
