Please read the thread: "Working in Japan without a contract? Don't let this happen to you!" for a detailed explanation of what I have been going through.
Sugita and his other half partner Morgan Jones are owners of both USCOM and lil' kids. Maybe they created lil'kids and closed down USCOM because USCOM has had so many compliants beside mine filed against them with the Saitama Labor Board. I am not sure.

I can prove everything I have written in each post I posted on the "Working without a contract? Don't let this happen to you!" thread. I need help! Please help or offer advice on how to get these two swindlers to pay me.

I now want to warn all the school boards in Saitama of the kind of people Sugita and Jones are and how they lied to me before I even returned to Japan! If you know of the fax or even better the E-mail address of a Board of Education in Saitama please let me know by posting it onto this thread or E-mailing it to me.
Also if anyone has any other ideas to force these dishonest people to pay me, please let me know!

I also want to make it clear most Japanese are honest people! In more than six years of living and working in Japan, only Sugita and Chichibu Board of Education has swindled me out of money.
Also I know many decent people who are in an intimate relationship with a same sex partner.

Have you tried contacting the Japanese media to see if they would be interested in your story? ( The Japan Times, The Tokyo Herald...and so on)

Also...they might know someone who would be willing to champion your cause.

Nothing! I was trying to make sure I didn't offend anyone! I also wanted to make clear there are good and bad people in all cultures!
