OK, I am in serious research mode. Could anyone here tell me any websites I could go to, ones that I might be missing cause they are on Page 9 of Google Search "Hong Kong life" that would tell me about an expat's experiences in Hong Kong? I am looking for things like blogs, and maybe expat news sites, other message boards, etc.
I really appreciate it, and maybe I'll see you all soon. |

Here's a picture of Ludwig/Robert Lubeck/Peaches En Regalia at the book signing of the stupid racist book his link led too...

Yes, it's mine and I'm proud of it. The name is obviously an alias - a pen name - so tough luck. If it were "racist", as you falsely claim, it would not have been published, idiot (and would not be cited in the relevant journals today). Attempting to explore and investigate - and account for - huge cultural and behavioural differences through the lens of one or another particular hypothesis is clearly not racist. Rather, it is the stuff of the social sciences. If you had ever befitted from a higher education you would already know this. You didn't so you don't.
Anyway, that was only an abstract. I'm still working on the full version. |

I'd buy it, but sorry, I like to buy my toilet paper without the crap already on it. |

OK...and back to those websites!
It seems like everyone in Korea has a blog about their experiences teaching. Does anyone know of a Hong Kong teacher's blog? |

A quote from Peachwig's ponderous prose:
"Usually, game players are more sad and unsuccessful than inherently evil".
Was Luddy looking in the mirror when writing that one? I, for one, am happy that our resident game player is back with such a tasty, female-porno-star nickname. It sort of takes the edge off the invective that he spews. |

Hey Saroq, thanks! This is just what I was looking for.
I really am interested in reading other teachers' experiences with life in Hong Kong, so if you know of a blog about HK Life, let me know.
Thanks! |

Hey Ladybug,
I came across this site by chance. It's got a journal of experiences. You may find it useful. |
