Hola,
From readings people's experience I have begun to get a bit confused. Do they pay in euros or dollars? (If you are illegal, that is) Laughing

are their any companies that pay in euros because if we get paid in dollars it seems like a lot of money will be lost (exchange rate), so you cannot really earn much?
I.Q. test?

My company, and every other company I know, pays in Euros. Maybe this is different in Madrid.

When in Eurolandia your wages are paid in euros. Of course, not all EURO countries need as many teachers like Spain or maybe Italy, but in Spain, its definitely the euro!! This could be a good thing as I have found out very recently. I got a lot more dollars, well I did last week when I managed to arrange "recuparaciones" (make up classes) and I was able to be at my best friends wedding! And yes, I had no problems coming back via Barajas airport, no questions about my visa, etc, etc, just looked at my passport, stamped it and off I went on my merry way! Very Happy

I know this questioned might have seemed strange, because Spain=EU=euros; its logical. But, I was just reading over comments and one mentioned the exchanged rate with the pay, and I was a bit confused. Sorry! Embarassed
