I'll be in Yantai in early spring 2005. I couldn't find that much info neither on the web nor on this board on Y.
Is/was anyone located there and maybe could give me some initial info if time permits ...

| Austrian, you must have read the replies to your last post. please reconsider paying to volunteer at a school that could easily afford a FT. you should realize from the responses that doing so not only are you being craftily cheated, but you're hurting the efl industry by undermining the need to actually pay teachers to teach here. you have said you'd like to find a job after volunteering, well good luck getting one in that area. i don't see many jobs online in that area probably because the schools can get foreigners to work for free thinking they're helping the poor chinese. the advice given in your previous post is really quite sound, heed it please. |
