I have been working in Japan for a year and a half,i currently work for Nova.I am hoping to move to a smaller,independent school if possible.

i was wondering if anyone can recommend a good school to work for.i am looking for a more casual working environment and a bit more creativity.

if anyone can let me know of any good schools i would be very grateful
