I am looking for scotchguard or something similar to waterproof my 'kawaii' new boots that I bought to wear in Sapporo over New Year's. I know I should have bought some that were snow-proof, but I didn't...
So I'm in Osaka, which I know has to have someplace I can find a product to waterproof my boots. Or what is something similar called in Japanese?
All helpful suggestions welcomed!! |

Not sure where you may find it by you may want to try somewhere in Tokyu Hands on Sennichimae dori in Shinsaibashi. Another idea may be the shoe section in Takashimaya or anywhere they sell running shoes etc.
The Japanese word for waterproofing is "Bosui". If your boots are leather, it is best to ask "kawa o bosui suru mono". |
