Hey there,
Checking out life outside of Korea this winter break. Me and some friends will end up in Saigon on New Years Eve. I realize this won't by a large holiday, but I was curious what the local ex-pat population does?
Thanx

Hey canadacommando
I cannot compare the nightlife to Korea but I'll tryand paint you a picture.
There aren't many clubs, but there quite a few relibly good ones. Apocolypse Now is the most (in)famous. The music is fairly good albeit commercial. Sahara -full of working girls but fun (?!) - that's 5pm to 9am not the other way around. Villa - pricey but for the elite er...yes...well I graduated from blah and Im working for blah blah. Beautiful women.
These stated are mostly ex-pat dominated places - there are alsothe local clubs which are more interesting...
Liquid, Gossip,Volcano - ask someone they'll know.
I've decided to stay in the city for New Year's and avoid going to beach town which lacks nightlife.
Have a good one.
Peace
