Hi there. I was wondering if anyone knew of any recruiting agencies that look to hire people to teach in parts of Europe? I am Canadian, if that is important to know.
Thanks for any advice. |

There are no recruiters for Europe, essentially.
There are a few reasons for this. One is that European Union hiring laws don't allow most North Americans to work legally in member countries easily. Basically, with a passport from Canada, the simple answer is that you can't work legally in Western Europe. |

If you're young, just out of university, etc. you may be able to teach in the UK on a commonwealth visa - I know very little about this but do know that two Canadian women I worked with last summer are now teaching in England legally. There's an enforced time limit, but it would get you abroad for a bit. |
