I am going home for a month in Jan. I have a multi entry z visa an aliens work permit and residents card. I dont have the right to teach though I am I am employed as a director of the company that owns the school. When I leave the country do I leave my residents permit and work permit behind? Can I get back in to China with a one way ticket on this visa? Do I have to surrender anything at the airport. Do I need a return ticket back to China in order to prove I am not leaving for good?
Be greatful for help. |

At the airport they will first look at your passport and if you have a valid Multi-entry Z visa they might just put an exit stamp in it and then waive you on. But they might want to see your residency permit, if so, they should give it back to you since you will be returning to work after your vacation is done. In my experience they have not checked my plane ticket.
Good Luck,
