Anyone know of my chances of finding work in Barcelona or Madrid in January? I'm newly CELTA qualified with degree and will apply from the UK. Some info would be really helpful as I'm uncertain of recruitment periods.

Madrid will be no problem work-wise: lots of teachers don�t bother coming back from Christmas breaks, so lots of jobs to fill, and also lots of companies have their training budjets running from January to December, so new courses starting up too. From what I understand about Barcelona, jobs are coveted there, so I wouldn�t bother there until next September if I were you. Cr*ppy weather in Madrid in late winter/early spring though!
