Can anyone tell me how much I need to earn to live nicely in Greece? I've gone through Anglo-Hel but I want to check that I'm not going to end up destitute. So rough figure what to demand?

this information is speculative, as i have not worked as a teacher in greece. i have looked for work all over, so i have a general idea of what you might expect/need to live on.....to live 'nicely' i would plan on not saving anything you make. greece is not as cheap as it use to be. schools vary on salaries, but i dont think much is out there over 700 euros a month. average seems to be around 500. sometimes housing is included, sometimes not.
so it all depends, as usual. you should be able to live 'nicely' without too much of a problem. but as i said before, dont plan on retiring from your savings.
