Do you eat much China food? What do you eat here because I wonder how healthy many foods are. Is the food here healthy or not since some say there is much grease in it. I don't know if it's healthy foir you. My boyfriend jogs five miles in one time sometimes and eats all the food places here like noodles places and the buffets with chickens. It looks greased-up to me I said.
You know I don't write here because I'm not American or Canadian born woman. I come from Spain with my French boyfriend but he doesn't mind the grease stuff. |

I eat local and I haven't been this healthy in years. I've lost about 7 kilograms since I moved to Taiwan. |

Only time I ever got food poisoning I got, for the five years I was in Kaohsiung, was when I ate at a Western Tex Mex restaurant (that shall remain nameless ) and when I complained, a week later and twenty pounds of fluid lighter, I was given a gift certificate worth NT$ 10 000. It never happened again. All of the hole in the wall booths and restaurants I ate at never gave me any gastro intestinal complaints. |

The only time I got sick was after eating some bad food at a self serve buffet-type restaurant. Some of these places leave food sitting out in the heat and pollution way too long. If you're going to eat at one of these self serve places make sure you get there when the food's fresh. |
