Hi,
Is it usual that a school would request a scanned copy of my uni degree and teaching certificate with initial application?

Not unusual. Saves time on the work permit application. And greatly cuts the number of people who will lie about qualifications in order to get a job.
Just don't send them your bank details or any cash! |
