I know the place. It's half-way between Kyoto and Osaka. If you have a job in one of those cities it could work for you. The price is fair and startup costs are minimal for newbies.
If you're a party animal and like to stay out late, the trains might stop running too early for you. If you can't get a room upstairs I wouldn't plan on a long-term stay. You can hear your neighbors pencil on paper in the downstairs rooms.
Another downside is that one longtime resident is a real troublemaker. |
