Has anyone tried to have work documents processed via Bahrain? Can I post the Bahrain address here? |

If you post names, emails, phone numbers etc... and it starts to look like an advertisement and will likely get edited or deleted.

Is it reasonable for a KSA employer to send you to Bahrain to get your visa processed there for a couple of days before taking you to the Kingdom? Especially with the situation being what it is right now? |

A more pertinent question would be: Is it reasonable to put both the word "reasonable" and "KSA employer" in the same question?!?

Yes.
From what I understand there is a three month backlog in London. Don't know about other places.
Be aware that the visa process is far from straight forward. If it were me I would be looking for assurances of who was going to pay for my stay in Bahrain and to what extent.
I've heard stories of people holed up in less than salubrious hotels with the "fixer" dishing out mean amounts of pocket money.
On the plus side, it sounds like your employer is keen to solve the problem.
Good luck! |

Usually, no. But about 20 years ago there was a bombing campaign. And, recently, things got so bad that they had to "invite" Saudi troops in to help out.
