Hi all
I have a job and have finally received my ARC from my school. Now, I need to arrange something for my husband so that he can stay in the country with me!
He already has a medical certificate - we did our best to explain our situation to the hospital and hopefully we have the correct one.
Where can we get information about what to do next? We need to sort this out urgently, as my husband's 60-day visitor's visa runs out in 2 weeks time.

Provided that you are earning enough to show that you are able to financially support your husband and yourself, then he is entitled to a spousal ARC. Your school should be able to assist you with this.
If I am not mistaken one of the members of this board, Fortigurn, has done exactly this. Maybe you can PM him or he can pass on some advice if indeed he has experience with this. |
