| Could somebody tell me what universities in Japan teaches Film, Video, Television, or Multimedia. Any info would be appreciated. |

This is just a guess, but practical skills are taught at tertiary trade schools called 'semongakko" rather than universities. Some universities have set up elaborate multimedia centers, language labs etc to attract students and they use things like CALL, video and students study webpage design. Faculty departments have fancy sounding names as Faculty of Electronic Information etc
I know Kyoto Sangyo University in Kyoto has quite a big IT & CALL department. |
