Hi--

I'm a filmmaker & actor from the US taking a big break from the States and I've started to teach some ESL here in HCMC; I'm looking for a cool place where I can dig in: the East Village/Venice Beach/North Beach of HCMC if anything like that exists!

Also interested in sharing a place with the right folks, only just arrived five days ago, so I'm still learning the ropes here.

I'm a straight M in my mid 30's, some beer and wine, occasional cigs, that's it, also pursuing media and communications work here while I get things together and teach, so I'm looking to keep my overhead low.
