The house is 4 stories, AC in every room, rooftop terrace, full kitchen, washing machine, TV, etc. etc. I just moved out as I am going travelling and can't commit to another 6-month lease but would like to help the owners find new tenants as they are eminently lovely and decent folks.
The place is located in Tan Binh district, a little south of the airport. Location is ideal for anyone who teaches in District 3, Tan Binh, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap, or any combination thereof as all are within a 15-minute motorbike drive. Pham Ngu Lao is about 20.
House is approximately twice the size of something comparably priced in District 3 and located in a rather tranquil, charming neighborhood.
