Is it a joke, or can a person find affordable housing in Tokyo.
Im moving from the kansai area to Tokyo in March. Id like to find an apartment for two people at a reasonable rate @ 100,000 a month( hopefully without key money). That being said I dont mind living in a rough neighborhood or a bit out side of the city. Please feel free to post any information or websites .

Check out "kodan", government housing.

They are everywhere.

No Guarantor.

No reupping every 2 years.

And when you bail you get all your coin back.
