Im living in Castellon right now (on the coast about 50 km north of Valencia) in a funky kind of dodgy situation where I more or less teach english. I dont have papers so my pay is low. I have a US passport. I am staying here for several more months because part of my deal here is I get free spanish lessons, and the work is really quite easy.
After finishing here however, I would like to find a real job making real money here in Spain. My spanish is quite good. I have a degree in English and more than 2 years of ESL teaching experience. The one thing I dont have is a working visa and from what I understand really have no hope of ever getting one.
Basically I would like some imput on the possibilies of encountering a good position without papers. I wont have enough money for just hanging out and paying rent for a few months while waiting for something to turn up.
