Are Americans being passed over in favour of EU teachers (UK and Irish) in the new EU member states? I know that in the past (and now), a lot of Americans worked in countries like the Czech Republic, but are things changing, or have they already changed?
It would be interesting to know how EU membership has changed things for nonEU teachers.
Remember, I'm only talking about the new member states. I could of course do a web search but it would be better to hear from teachers. |

Yeah, Emily moved her shop to Amsterdam. The wise old woodpecker's a crack addict and the mice are on the game. That's faded stars for you. |

Why was my post commenting on the picture removed???!!! That's absurd... yes the character is called Bagpu$$, but if naming childrens' TV programs is up for censorship then what's the point? I think i'll just read the forum from now on. |

Good Lord, so it was! Why on earth should that be? Your post was completely harmless. My pic, for those who don't know, is of a childrens' TV character called Bagpuss - there is nothing offensive or pervy about that name. It does not refer to a bag of puss, nor does it refer to genitalia! |
