Has anyone here ever taught in Tanzania? I'm just beginning to do some research on it, but I'm becoming intrigued with the idea. |

I just spotted an ad from some NGO looking for teachers in Tanzania. Will check out the website and post it here.
Thanks to Julius Nyerere Tanzania made giant steps in the 1960's and 1970's. I was impressed.
From hearsay I gather that AIDS has hit them hard. |

There is a private school at Arusha. Run by a Greek for the expats living in the tourist industry though the International Court of Justice that is there will probably be the biggest money spinner.
If you are a schooteacher then try the "Times Educational Supplement". I doubt if there will be any EFL work. |
