Hey there,
I am planning to open my own English school in Peru next year. My partner is Peruvian so I have some home grown help, but would really appreciate any advice ideas you guys may have about obstacles I may face, how to set it up, costs, what to charge etc.
ANy advice would be gratefully received.

I think of words such as: patience, persistence, purpose...
Long term goals...a school, not a language club...
