I'm going to start looking for work in China shortly. Of course I'll take a more pro active posture and search for schools I might like to teach at and then send a cover, resume and links to various documents.
My question is all these sites that allow one to post a resume, is it worth the time/effort? Do any decent offeres come of it or are they all lowball offers from the boondocks?
tefl.com, eslteachersboard.com and this site???
I think chinatefl, abroadchina - may be ok, I don't know..
I'd noticed that some individuals just say hi, get in touch with me. Some provide a link, others have their resumes in full with cover and they are about 65 pages long none of which a Chinese employer would want to wade thru I am certain.
When will schools start to hire for fall season? |
