ECC TEACHERS GET FIRED UP
The past year has seen a number of ECC teachers hospitalised without adequate health insurance coverage. People have been forced to resign and were left without income. If ECC had enrolled them in Employees' Health & Pension Insurance (shakai hoken) as the law demands they do, the employees would now be receiving 60% of their salary while they recuperate.
ECC's treatment of these long-term employees has upset many teachers and they have come to realise that while ECC is one of the better eikaiwas, it is still in need of change. |
