Look under the recruit section, there is a job ad in English on there seeking a woman teacher.

Mainly teaching kids, women training to be airline stewardesses, ground staff, people going on homestays. Ad says 250,000 yen for a 26 hour week but doesnt say teaching hours or office hours. Rental accomodation is about 30-40,000 yen.

Have only been to Kumamoto once and its a small city in central Kyushu.
Fairly provincial setting.
