I posted this question in the Cheap Ticket Airfares thread, but thought I should repost it here for easy searching.

I'm planning on returning to the US briefly in March, and I need to get a re-entry visa. Does anyone know of a site online where I can go to find my nearest Re-Entry visa issuing office? As in which city and hopefully directions to the office.

I'm in northern Tochigi and I assume the appropriate office would be in Utsunomiya.

Any one know?

Thanks for the link to the thread. I still need to actually find out where in my area I need to go for that office, though.

I've had the experience before that the local Gaijin-card registration office and the one you go to for the Re-Entry permit are often not the same.

It's the immigration office.... Gaijin cards are issued at your local city/town hall. That IS different...

If you're not sure which/where your local immigration office is, ask your employer.
