| My wife and I started applying for university jobs using www.chinatefl.com and www.abroadchina.org. There has been absolutely no response. What do you think is wrong? We started applying three days ago and are available to start work in September 2007. We are highly qualified. When we applied for jobs two years ago there was immediate response. What's going on? |

The Spring semester has just begun. I would imagine that one of the last issues any FAO has to deal with at the moment is finding new recruits for the Fall semester.
That, and perhaps the demand just isn't what it used to be. |

I agree with Shan-Shan.
OP, the only replies you are going to get at this stage of the game are those coming from public schools frantically trying to find new/replacement FT for this term, for reasons such as no-show-FT's, runners, or poor planning organizing on the school's part. |
