Sometime this July I will be heading towards Suzhou, Jiangsu province. To be honest, as of yet I know nothing about this city, except that the canals are supposed to be polluted.

I think now is the right time to start researching schools and finding a suitable to employer. Though searching through these forums and the internet are producing little results. I am looking for a primary or High school with prefrence to the latter.

I would also like to know the average cost of living in this city. Also the average salary (compared to the hours), and the average pay for part time work.

If you are in Suzhou, please send me a message, I would like to have a chat and find out as much as I can about this city.

Thanks guys.

Suzhou is the bomb. I friggin hated leaving, consult Voodikon. If you do pat-time work you can make anywhere beteen 100-180/hr. The high end is high, but you can try. Full-time work for 4000-8000/month if you can find it, hence my leaving. Try Shane School, Web International, or Soochow University. There are maybe 5-10 training centers, and many schools. No. 26 Middle school is a good place for part-time. I had no problems there. MyraG might have a job for you also, talk to her. Good luck man, you'll love it.
