Hi guys, please help me out with this. I'm leaving for Seoul in two weeks and I'm gonna need to pay my credit cards every month while there. How do you guys go about doing this, what is the best way?
My idea is to send home money orders and have those put in my account so I can bank online but this seems time consuming and dangerous. Can Korean banks transfer from a Korean account to let's say Bank of America account in the US?
I appreciate your help in advance. |

You should check out the Korea discussion boards and FAQs there for answers to this.
If you haven't already. Looks like your 2 weeks have come and gone.
Good luck! |

You can wire money but it costs alot! My friend had the same problem but she asked me to buy her money orders since i can go on the army bases. Otherwise off post they are very expensive. I know that the banks here will give you checks instead of cash maybe you can find out if you could send those to somebody at home and have them deposit them for you.....good luck |
