I am wondering whether a Z Working Visa can be issued to English language training centers in Beijing on behalf of their newly hired ESL teachers and with copies of their documents and their pictures sent out only. What are the requirements and �proper� procedures to start there? Can one obtain a Z Visa before arrival and before the medical check there, all one�s application based on his/her photocopies of qualifications, signed Contract and a copy of his/her passport?
I understand that there has been a fair amount of talks on this topic, even though rules either change or are bypassed in China sometimes. So, I would appreciate anyone�s input on his or her recent experiences from Beijing.
