i know this seems far too over-anxious, but I was just wondering how long after applying online it took nova and/or aeon to contact you about an interview. it's only been a week so far, but i'm just really excited to get things moving along...(applied to aeon NY and nova boston, dont know if that makes any difference) thanks a lot...

Some people have heard the next day, others have waited 1 to 4 weeks.

I suppose it depends where you are. I applied from the UK for NOVA and it took ages. The whole process is quite long and drawn out. I too was anxious to get things moving but the visa holds it up then they only tell you 10 days before departure where you will be based. Be patient!

A friend of mine applied online with Nova but after hearing nothing he applied in writing. Apparently his online application was never received.

I attended a Nova information seminar in August last year and fly to Japan on 28th Feb, so it is a drawn out process. Initially I just gave them a call, said I was interested and went from there.

Although the process is drawn out and at times I have felt as though my departure date is never going to arrive, I have had plenty of time to ask lots of questions and feel far more organised than when I went to Indonesia with a different company.

Hopefully it is worth the wait!

Totally depends upon when their application deadline for the next batch of interviews is; if a 'please apply by' date was advertised you can expect to hear from them within a week or so of that date.
