Is it safe to visit? There is a school (The Dorji school) that seeks volunteers and a friend wants to know what he should do. Should he go or not at this time?

My sources tell me that it's still too hot to handle. Foreignors are usually safe, but right now anything could happen if, say for instance, your schoolmaster was identified as a Maoist by the gov't or as a NC by the maoists.... bullets don't check yer passport first....
