Just curious if anyone has been on it, and what did they think? and more importantly, would they go again?

If you're going to go to the Delta I'd advise you to do it independently. The organised tours all follow the same path - bus to My Tho, boat trip to one of the islands, terrible lunch, & back to Saigon by 4pm.

I spend a lot of time there as my wife's family live in Ben Tre, just over the river from My Tho. Head down there with a good map, hire a motorbike, & just drive around & get lost. The people are really friendly, everything's really cheap, the weather's always good, the pace of life is comatose and the scenery is beautiful. The organised tours don't do it justice to be honest.
