Can anyone please tell me where I could obtain/view a list of the private junior high schools that are in the Taipei area?
I am interested in teaching at that educational level starting in the Fall 2005 semester.

The most comprehensive list of Taiwan schools in English that I am aware of. Not every school is listed, but a great majority are.
There is a section for government schools which is the area for elementary and high school listings.

Be aware that most government schools cannot legally hire foreign teachers and therefore a lot of positions within elementary and high schools are illegal for foreigners. Exceptions include privately run schools, some experimental government schools, and some schools that are currently being serviced by an initiative to supply foreign teachers to certain 'needy' schools. |
