I work at MacDonalds or I mean Nova and I was wondering if ecc would hire me if I quit?? I have heard both yes and no to this question..

ECC usually doesn't hire anyone who hasn't completed at least a full year of their contract at a previous eikawa. Otherwise you should be good to go.
They predominately hire from overseas but do hire locally in Japan when they're short on teachers hired from abroad.

| If you are interested in applying for McECC domestically, now is probably the best season. You won't know if you don't try. |
