ECC usually doesn't hire anyone who hasn't completed at least a full year of their contract at a previous eikawa
Does anyone know how enforced this is at ECC? I worked at Nova for about 7 months but had to come home (due to uncontrollable circumstances). Nova said that they would hire me again if I ever wanted go back, plus they gave me a full letter of employment (including giving me a great wrap on it), but I'm thinking about applying for ECC because I've heard some neat things about them. Need I bother applying if they're just going to turn me down for leaving Nova? |
