Im on a working holiday visa, and currently looking for a job. If I succeed, and a company agrees to sponser me for a work visa, is that a difficult process? Will I have to do a visa run?

you can change your visa within Japan, as you only need a visa run (to Korea) if you only have a tourist visa.
The process of changing the visa itself is not difficult, as long as you have everything that immigration asks for so you qualify for the visa. Your employer should be able to help you with the paperwork. |
