| Does anybody know anything about a Samurai festival/reenactment that will be held somewhere in Yamanashi-Ken, on or around April 17th? I saw a poster for the event yesterday, with all the details in Japanese, and haven't been able to find any info in English. |

Yeah.... No prob. I'm actually going to be a samurai in that festival so I suppose I should know what's going down.... 
The main event is a parade that goes through downtown Kofu. It is on Saturday, April 9th, in the afternoon. It's worth seeing if you're in the area around that time...
