A former Polish student has asked me to find a translation for the legend of the infamous Wildstein List. It states

"UWAGA!
Legenda
jedno "0" przy sygnaturze akt - etatowy oficer
dwa "0" przy sygnaturze akt - TW, Tajny Wspłpracownik

Can anyone translate this? She realizes a list is just an inconclusive list but needs the translation. Thanks

My Polish isn't great, but this might be close enough for you:

Attention! Keep in mind that even the most unusual names may be shared by more than one individual, thus it is possible that a person on the list may not be the one you are looking for, but only someone with the same first and last name.

Attention! Remember who is included on this list. Not only agents, but also potential agents, full-time officers, as well as (ironically!) persons being investigated [or harassed].

Legend:
One "0" next to the signature on the files: full-time officer
Two "0"s next to the signature on the files: TW, secret collaborator
