There are some major changes happening in regards to School Directors....double check that the school directors you like are still going to be at the schools you have requested.

This is nothing new. Directors always move around alot. Some move in april and then more in june. They stagger it sometimes.

Directors have a pretty high turnover in some regions.

How long you been with ECC? Those over 2 years should know this.

The above is true! Teachers should not be told because deciding on moving a director is none of the teachers' business sorry to say.

We like the teachers to focus on one thing! And that is teaching nothing else.

I don't think I would like working for ECC Wink Exclamation

Nothing worse than coming to work one day and finding out you have a new director. That is my opinion and I could be wrong, but ECC sounds like a bad a very bad place to work at!

But once again, I only know second hand. I have never worked there so please don't get affended. I was offered a position with them, but more and more I am glad to have turned them down.

yeah it is nothing new that school directors change at ECC, but I think having a good working relationship with a school director and staff helps make a better environment. happy teachers means happy students and probably more money for the company....but i could be wrong
