Yikes!! Thanks, Bas - saw myself all over the place in the analysis. Am applying for leave earlier than scheduled. Currently way too many contact hours plus hometime work plus private work. (approx now 72 hrs/wk)
Time to stop and smell a few roses!

I thought you were in the Gulf? If you're working that many hours in the Gulf you'll get a hernia trying to lift your wallet. |

I didn't like the "coping Strategies" they give. They're like whizzing on a forest fire.
No rationalization - the more burned out you are the more you've got to mae a MAJOR change. Not trading one poison for another but finding what gives you life. And being open to the fact that this may change. |
