My boss wants me to start teaching a Basic Chinese course, Mandarin. I've studied for a year and know a bit. I'm looking for a good course book to use. Any recommendations?
Thanks! |

Intensive Spoken Chinese by Zhang Pengpeng and Huadong Shifan U.'s 40 Lessons for Basic Chinese Course are what I'm using because at Zhoukou Normal University, one teaches oneself regardless of what's specified in the contract.
A couple kids come by to help "teach the book" to me but it'd be nice to get lessons from a good Chinese teacher but that's possibly an oxymoron because most are just calligraphy teachers. |
