| I've heard about massage parlors and salons with pictures of Japanese dudes, but might anyone know where a black man can get a haircut in Taipei? I currently live in Hsin Chuang and would like to find someplace before my hair reaches emergency status. |

| Those hairdressers with pictures of Japanese guys are places you can get your haircut. I always get mine cut really short as the Taiwanese seem to have no idea how to cut naturally wavy hair. |

| I recommend posting this on Forumosa. There are black people who use that site and believe they've discussed haircuts before. |
